Redstart Collective respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or book a session, and what we do with it.

What we collect. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you choose to share in your booking or messages. If you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it. To schedule and hold your session, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, issue receipts, and follow up if you ask us to. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who helps us. We use trusted service providers to run the business: Microsoft (booking, email and video calls) and Wave (invoicing and payments). Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws there.

Confidentiality. What you share in a session stays confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for tax and accounting records.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
